Our Impact

Over the last nine years, 21 Together has developed a wide range of programmes that support children and young people, their families, and a wider group of professionals in schools and other contexts. Through a rigorous process of assessment, reflection and redesign, we understand what we do well, and how we can improve even further.

We can measure impact in so many ways: basic statistics of our reach across Kent, in-depth understanding of the progress of each child, and incorporating the feedback we receive from families and schools, all shape our strategies for improvement and development.

The links on this page provide detailed information on our impact, and the powerful testimony of our children, young people and their parents in the videos below, show our impact on individual lives.

“The sessions are absolutely wonderful. To have access to specialist teachers who fully understand the learning profile of our daughter and know how to best help her explore her capabilities and potential is just invaluable. She feels so happy, safe and enthusiastic to learn in this environment. She gains so much from learning alongside her peers.”
