S-Club’s Pantomime visit - Sleeping Beauty
Thanks to support from The National Lottery, we are visiting The Marlowe Theatre with our S-Club Group to put their new found skills into practice.
This November, S-Club are invited to visit the Marlowe Theatre to watch Sleeping Beauty!
The visit is set out to encourage and empower the young people of S-Club to put the skills they have been practising in group in to a real scenario whilst getting the opportunity to watch a brilliant performance!
Parents/carers are encouraged to allow their young people to attend the pantomime alone to help promote independence. Our usual S-Club staff will be attending and keeping a watchful eye over the group during the pantomime. Due to limited capacity of seats allocated together, we are unable to accommodate young people who you feel would need 1:1 support during this trip.
The viewing is a fun-filled family pantomime Sleeping Beauty staring TV favourite, Ore Oduba (Strictly), West End Superstar Carrie Hope Flether (Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Cinderella), Jennie Dale (CBeebies’ Swashbuckle), Marlowe legend Ben Roddy and rising star, Max Fulham (Crackerjack).
The performance is expected to take place for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Where - The Marlowe Theatre, The Marlowe, The Friars, Canterbury, CT1 2AS
When - Sunday 27th November 2022
Time - 4:30pm - 7:40pm
We will meet outside the theatre promptly at 4:30pm for a 5pm showing, where parents/carers will leave until 7:40pm when the young people will need to be collected from the foyer of the theatre.
What to take - A drink and snacks for the performance!
Deposit - £15 per person
This deposit will be fully refunded after attendance of the event.
We have included this deposit to ensure attendance, however if you feel that this cost would mean a young person could not attend, we urge you to contact us as we have financial support available to those that need it.
